2007 Porsche GT3

This GT3 is in like new condition with just over 10,000 miles. I had to drive it! It was maintained impeccably and is exactly what you would want when buying pre-owned.

This two-owner car has never been smoked in, and has a clean Carfax. The car is absolutely immaculate both inside and out. And for those of you out there who know Porsche...the Rear Main was replaced as soon as we took her in! If you're looking for the right GT3, whether it be for track days or lazy Sundays- look no further.

Draped in the rare and sought after color combination of Red over Black, this manual shift rocket-ship just had a brand new set of rear tires installed in order to ensure she's ready to go. Not only that, it's loaded with all the right gear.

This cars original MSRP was $109,965. Options include Wheel Caps with Colored Crest- $185. Heated Front Seats- $480. Porsche Crest in Headrest-$270. Fire Extinguisher-$140. Chrono Package- $690. Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package- $1,090. Front Rest Aluminum- $250.

Now for the technical bits in case you don't already have them. Jumping from 3.6 Liters to now 3.8, the flat six now has 435HP at 7600RPM and maximum engine speed of 8250 rpm. Despite Steel sleeves for the bore increase and very strict emissions in Europe, the engine is actually 2.2 lbs lighter than the 3.6 thanks to some high tech wizardry. The seven oil pumps of the dry sump lubrication system went on a diet, as did the AC Compressor, Flywheel, Forged Pistons, Titanium Connecting Rods, Hollow Camshafts, and special Lightweight Valves and Cup Tappets. The exhaust system is completely revamped from the 3.6, to be lighter (2.2lbs.) with reduced back pressure by up to 14.7 Foot Pounds of performance. I thought I'd test this via a little sport button on the dash. An instant change in the cars sound and demeanor occurred, and under acceleration getting into the Valve Trains sweet spot (around 5,000 rpm), the flat six screams into action like some caged animal let loose for a kill! I don't think I've heard a sweeter sound or realized the size of the grin on my face as ever before. No hesitation in reporting that the approx.. 115 HP per Liter, and 317 lb-ft of torque at 6250 rpm., are well accounted for. An absolute blast under the right foot!

Now being a Porsche of course, the German techs didn’t stop there. Race derived center lock wheels are 5.5lbs lighter than before. Up front, the larger 15-in. diameter discs loose another 2.6 lbs per pair. The body is much slicker and functional. Vents help reduce engine temps by up to 3 degrees, and down force is up to 200lbs. Its lower, sleeker, and yes… faster and better handling! This Porsche is one of the purest evolutions of the breed. If you are looking for an extreme Super Car, this has to be on the top of your list. 193 MPH top speed, 0-60 in 4.0, and just another 5 seconds, get to a 100 MPH. And if you do want to race this car, don’t forget that it has the GETRAG 6 Speed tranny so you can easily fiddle with your gear selections depending on course conditions. Make no mistake. A Porsche is a Porsche IS NOT A PORSCHE! This thing is a slayer of high performance wanna bee's.
